Resources from Our Roundtable: Safely and Sustainably Reopening Offices

Recently we have received a lot of inquiries about how to safely and sustainably reopen offices, especially with regards to foodware items. We, of course, have some thoughts on viable approaches, but we do not have all of the answers. In fact, in these unprecedented times, we are not sure if anyone or any company has all of the answers in these uncertain times!

We therefore hosted a roundtable last week, moderated by Dr. Ben Locwin (an international health advisor on COVID-19) and me, our Cheif Sustainability Officer, to foster a space to bring people together from various companies, non-profits, and institutions, to discuss these topics, build off of each other’s learnings, and work through these unique hurdles.

The learnings gained from that open discussion were incredibly powerful that we wanted to share them more broadly! We have consolidated and anonymized key takeaways as well as included the resources both mentioned during the event and that our communities have found beneficial, in general. All of that can be found here. This was just the first of what will likely be numerous conversations ahead, as we all navigate these constantly shifting times. If you have any questions, would like to add to the resource document (linked above), or would like to participate in our next roundtable, please do not hesitate to reach out to me (jessica@dispatchgoods.com).

Take care, stay healthy, and collectively we can progress towards safe and sustainable reopenings.
